Restructuring of Raiffeisen Bank Aval as part of the USAID financed project together with Booz·Allen & Hamilton and Arthur Andersen consultants, USA. Kiev, Ukraine,1998-2001.
Our team participated in the restructuring project of the commercial bank Aval, today a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank.
We advised board members and owners of the bank on the following:
— Corporate governance and evaluation of the bank;
— Business strategy and tactical planning;
— SME lending and credit risk management;
— Asset and liability management;
— Market risk management;
— Risk-based performance evaluations.
We also trained bank top- and mid-level managers in all regions of Ukraine spreading out the best international banking practices and methodologies.
