The program of restructuring of regional banks in Russia as a part of Russian Regional Bank Institutional Building Program financed by European Bank. Kazan, Russia, 2007-2009.
The project was carried out together with a team of international consultants of Financial Access, the Netherlands an financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
We conducted training and advised the owners and the management board, as well as senior and middle managers of Bank Kazan in Russia in the field of strategic and tactical planning, management accounting and management information system.
The automated bank system (ABS) was evaluated, requirements for the ABS and information system were developed, tender documents were prepared for the selection of solution providers in the field of management accounting and reporting.
