For many years I have been designing and implementing Enterprises Data Warehouses, Operational Data Storage, Data Hubs and Data Lake in telecom and banking industries around the world. My core competencies are data architecture, design, implementation of software applications and BI systems based on standard data models such as IBM (BDW, TDW, Telco Insight), Amdocs aLDM, as well as for solutions based on Big Data and hybrid decisions.

We met with Iryna in the project of IBM Banking Data Warehouse implementation in the largest state-owned retail bank in Ukraine, Oschadbank JSC. In the project, I advised her team at all stages of the IBM BDW data modelling process, from creating a conceptual, logical and physical data model of the bank, to implementing and testing it.

Iryna is one of the most visionary managers, I have ever worked for. Perhaps she is one of the few gifted managers, who have learned the art of using their mind and heart in perfect balance for the benefit of project stakeholders.

In addition, she is an excellent business analyst with deep knowledge of the banking models in the areas of risk management, management accounting and IFRS, which certainly helped us to create a holistic data model of the bank, not only for the area of ​​detailed data storage, but also for the area of data marts.
